Crowns

Unlike many dentists, Dr. Bugaj’s office has the latest dentist technology to fabricate a natural looking porcelain crown or overlay and bond it permanently to you’re your teeth in just one appointment while you wait in the comfort of your patient chair!

A crown procedure elsewhere will usually take two appointments to complete. During that first appointment, the tooth is prepared and an impression is made.  This impression is then sent out to a lab where it is fabricated.  In the interim, you are fitted with a temporary crown.  On your return visit, the permanent crown is placed on your tooth.

Dr. Bugaj is specially trained and his office equipped with Cerec® CAD-CAM (Computer-assisted design/computer-assisted manufacture) technology enabling him to custom make your crown in minutes.  This technology saves you precious time -– there are no extra visits or temporary crown problems, and it eliminates the wait for a custom-made crown. 

Dr. Bugaj approaches each crown as a sculpture and his technical skill and attention to detail ensure each crown follows the form and function of the tooth’s position in the mouth.
